Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer, residual suddy white head. Light semi dry palate. Fresh but low carbonation. Mild malt and somewhat minerally orange hop. Well balanced. Touch of bitterness in the aftertaste. A decent bitter but one amongst thousands!

Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nut peel, light roasted, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, caramel, nutty peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101130]

Gravity cask at the Pig’s Ear. Light amber pour with a faint film. Warm, toasty malt aroma. Standard flavor, some bread, light nuts, faintly earthy bitters. Llight to medium in body with fine carbonation. Clean, malty finish, with toast, faint fruits, light citrus and dirt and strae bitters. Above average.

Cask gravity Pigs Ear 2010. Amber lasting beige head. Tasty enough bitter ok earthy hop. Some biscuit. I thought an ok bitter nothing great but did the job
