Do not be fooled by 4.7 abv. Due to the lactose that we added during the brewing process this beer is full bodied and creamy. Flaked barley contributes this huge silkiness and roasted barley screams coffee and chocolate straight to your nose and taste buds.
Aged on toasted coconut chips and vanilla beans this is our milk stout on steroids.

12/X/22 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2022-1371)
Clear deep brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, good roast first, some dark chocolate, then coconut notes, some caramel, sweet impression, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots and lots of coconut up front, soft roast, some caramel, chocolate, a bit sweet, vanilla notes. Aftertaste: nice, lots of coconut, good stuff, a bit sourish, a little watery and thin maybe, but still a nice beer, I like it!

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige head. Roasty and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, a touch of roasted nuts, Brazil nut, whiffs of coconut. Taste is nutty and roasty as well as chocolately dark malty, notes of coconut, dark chocolate, coffee, some roasty bitterness, a cautious, sweet-ish touch of lactose. Watery texture, dry palate, foamy, prickly to lively carbonation. Well balanced, nice composition, sadly slightly overcarbonated - decent.

Bottle: Literally black, small tanned foamy layer, moderate sweet-bitter roasty and mineralic nose, (the announced on the label) traces of coconut and vanilla are well detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly drier roasty-chocolatey finish with returning vanilla and coconuts. Pleasant sip...
