Lindeboom Bock: dé klassieker zoals oorspronkelijk bedoeld. De brouwers grijpen terug naar de oorspronkelijke brouwreceptuur en ondergistende giststam van Lindeboom’s bockbier uit de vorige eeuw. Gebrouwen met vijf geselecteerde mouten en kristalzuiver water uit eigen bron. Het resultaat is een rijke en volle smaak, perfect voor de herfst en winter.

Bottle 300ml.
Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar, nutty notes, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100314]

Bottle @ Copenhaniacs tasting, Pt. 1. Pours cloudy deep amber with a small white head and lacings. Nose is sweet malty. Caramel, toffee and nuts. Chewy with a vinous touch. Smooth. Nice

clear amber no head. dark fruits, sweet syrupy. Flavor is sweet, caramelly, bitter.

Clear mahogany with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and hops. Flavour had hard roasted malt, caramel, nuts and chocolate. Finished dry and bitter.

Tap (PINT BBF 09):Clear, chestnut-amber coloured, big stable and lacy head; dark malt and molasses in the nose; medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; slightly increasing bitterness in the caramelly-fruity finish, accompanied by shy aromatic hops. Pleasant......

[30cl bottle] Clear, reddish brown colour with a big and slowly lacing foamy head. Sweet and delicately toasted malty aroma with notes of toffee and herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied, calm mouthfeel. Toast-malty, sweet-bitter finish, slightly hoppy with a rather harsh alcoholic note in the aftertaste. Unexciting dark Bock [12.I.09].

From tap. Pours clear and golden deep amber with small diminished white head. Light breadish and mild aroma with a dry bitterness showing through into the finish. Dry and spiced. Original review text: 30 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours clear and golden orange to deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is dark malty, light fruity yeasty note. Sweet, caramelish, light yeast metallic. Vague phenolic into a malty and caramelish finish. Vague citric and fruity note.

Draught at Bokbierfestival 2008 as Lindeboom Bockbier. Quite bready flavour, mild and ryeish. Clear dark brown colour. Big stable creamy tan head. Pleasant.

A red copper ale with a thiin off white head. A light fruity ester aroma, non-descript, a tad boring. In mouth, sweet caramel malt, with a nice gin alcohol finish, burned caramel, Medium bodied. On tap at Arendnest, Nov. 2006.
