Tap at the brewery. Golden, mostly clear. Green, grass, soapy, slightly catty. Back heavy, butter, creamy, veggie soup. I like butter beer.

Tap at Martinsbrau. Pale cloudy golden, white head. Light dry grassy nose. Medium, light, dry light chalky, grassy citric, chewy, bitter finish.

Clear pale light blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, barnyard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, refreshing, bitter, a bit grassy, herbal, pleasant. Aftertaste: malty, grains, fruity touch, some pears, soft acidity, hoppy bitter finish, pleasant enough!
