Bottled. An unclear murky dark amber beer with a huge bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, and some spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes strong notes of hops, spices, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is yeasty and fruity hoppy. Mellow, fruity, citrusy and bitter. Distinct fruity and bitter into a dry and hoppy finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bluebetty. Pours a cloudy amber with a lively, rough off-white head that dissipates. Sweet citrusy nose. Medium body, somewhat rough bubbly carbonation. Sweet fruits and perfumy almost gingery and citrusy hops. Solid, dry bitterness in the finish. Nice one. 241010

[6/10] Tap. Amber, with a small but dense cream head. Aroma: nectarine, pear, caramel under resin and grapefruit. Pretty inviting - it certainly doesn’t whack you with hops. Just creamy mouthfeel. Big caramel, mild tropical sweetness backed with initially modest but aromatic bitterness. Citrus and resin build and linger. Big, but not loud. Low-key for the style and very drinkable. [3.9] [10/10] Bottle, 9C. Clear amber with a creamy light beige head. Big but far from brash fruity and pine aroma has nectarine and kumquats. Taste has those and some solid biscuity malt. Not that much bitterness compared to the aromatic hops, but there’s enough. Pretty harmonious for this sort of thing.[12/15] First time I’ve seen this in bottles for a long time. A lovely blend hops on a fairly rich but complementary malty background. Dodges the usual issues I have with IIPAs by not being very strong. Fine beer.

A rare beer from STLWill, carried on his back all the way from Australia. Big hop aroma. Sweet flavor with more bitter hops, that include pine, tea, and grapefruit. Opaque gold color, and a thick, rocky head. Better than average. Well balanced.
