Bottle, 5.1%. Weak aroma of roasted grain. Clear brown colour. OK tan head. The flavour has some roasted grain as well, and there is a hint of malty roastedness. Low bitterness, mostly grain bitterness. OK mouthfeel.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Ruby amber coloured, quite stable off-white head, robust dark-malty and toasted malty nose, a bit worty, a bit hoppy; distinctive sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; sweet-malty finish with a subtle fruitiness and a bitter aftertaste. Fine Dunkel...........

(swing top bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a dense, medium-sized, beige foamy head. Light-sweet, toast-malty, nutty nose with bread-crusts, caramel and delicate herbal hops. Light-sweet flavour with an aromatic roasty bitterness; medium to light bodied, smooth, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Cara-malty, moderately roasted taste with herbal hops; almost dry, moderately bitter and hoppy finish. Nice Dunkel with a little hop bite.
