7/VII/13 - 75cl bottle from Délice & Caprice @ home - BB: not indicated on the markings on the side of the label as should be (2013-609)

Clear red brown beer, aery off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of orange peel, sweet, some caramel, sweet malts, hint of banana, bit bready, toast. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: quite a lot of dark chocolate, caramel, sugary and sweet, bit of orange peel. Aftertaste: toast, sweet malts, bit sugary, honey, gentle bitterness, some chocolate, alcohol. Well, I love aged beers and this is a beer that has aged well. Maybe the fresh version was not so good, but now it is!

75cl bottle/corked.
