(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly honey-ish malty nose with notes of lemon, bergamot, as well as mildly herbal and woody hoppy spice. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim and slightly doughy malty base with lemony, zesty fruity accents and herbal hops in the background; slim and moderately dry and slightly hop bitter finish with a fruity tail. 24.XI.16

Bouteille:Golden, clear, almost no head; dryish grainy nose with a mild, but distinctive herbal-lemony hoppy background; mild bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied, not so soft;dry and lingering herbal-lemony - again - finish. O.K., but disappointing in comparison to other Fuller’s gems...

Keg at the Brewery Tap, Fullers pub, Brentford. Golden colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and grainy grassy aroma. Taste is similar, malt & grain with some grassy bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry bitter finish. OK.

On tap at Ox Row Inn. Decent enough lager, with a pleasant fruity aroma and a more traditional crisp bitterness for the mouth.

Todellinen pettymys. Ei humalaa, ei mitään. Keskitäyteläinen, todella vähäisesti hiilihappoja.
