Pale gold, slight haze, nice effervescence and a medium, stabilized head. The aroma is quite worty, not much hop. On the palate, even wortier, and even less hop. This tastes like you could sell it in the supermarket, which doesn't work for me in the sense that by 3.5% it should taste like beer, not non-alc. And also calling it Double Hops when it's got a remarkably low hop expression even for industrial beer, that's just silly. I might have enjoyed this more if I was on a train from Taipei to Kaohsiung, but alas while the train from Bridgeport to Brighouse has a similar demographic, it's really not the same thing.

Sample, thanks Robin Svensson. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity nose with mild spicy hops. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Boiled rice and spicy grass. Mid bitter finish.

600ml bottle pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet grain some corn and rice. Taste is more of the sweet grain corn and some grass hops.

Clear pale golden in the glass and a fine white head Looks fair enough Had some hope that it was a bit more hoppy aroma Mostly typical pale industrial lager aroma Not that good intensity either Balanced sweetness and bitterness though Also a fine carbonation level Malty, some cardboard and herbal flavor Refreshing when cold…..but not really good at proper temperature Ok quite decent for a 3.5% beer. Can, cold on a muggy night. Very pale gold with a white head. Fairly reserved aroma of light bread, lemon, grass. A little watery but not so much for 3.5%. Barely sweet with little malt flavour, a touch of cardboard and no real sign of the double hops - but it's pretty clean and there is a little bitterness at the end.
