Bottle. Color: Very hazy orange amber, fast disappearing very thin white head. Taste: Yeasty medium sweet with spicy and resin bittery notes. Medium to below medium body, average carbonation. A bit harsh bitter mouthfeel at finish. No need to drink this one again.

Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. CLear yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grassy, lightly herbal and slightly spicy hops, softly bitter perhaps with a touch of fruitpeel. Average body and carbonation. Drinkable.

Bottle from Barrique Odijk, BB June 2016, large sample. Hazy golden color, short dying head. Aroma is very spicy, peppery, coriander, flowery hops, bit citrussy as well. Medium bitter in taste, quite spicy again, leaving a dry peppery feel, cinnamon. But also some sticky sweetness. Lack of carbonation is not too bad as you can taste it better this way, but could make it a bit more smooth and less sticky. Saisonesque and quite tasty actually. I like it.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from my parents. Hazy golden with virtually no head due to the low carbonation. Malty aroma with some yeast and hops. Taste is bittersweet. mouthfeel is like a weizen, with that creamy wheat sensation. In the finish the hops are noticable more present than when only smelling the beer. Apart from the appearance and the underwhelming aroma quite a nice beer.
