Mid-sweet caramel malty aromas, nicely roasted. Blended taste of liquorice, raisin and caramel. Roasted malty ending, mid-sweet. Mouthfilling. Tasty. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

På GBBF Winter 2020 i Birmingham. Delt med Rune. Ultradypbrun/svart. Skumring med litt farge. Aroma av kjeks & kirsebær. Smaken overmoden kirsebær med en varmende tørr bitter avslutning - som varer lenge.

Pigs Ear. Clear very dark brown beer. Softish palate, a bit dry. Rich malt with a slight dark feel. Not bitter. Very well balanced with rich dark fruit. Finishes with more dark character malt - almost coffee like. Light and dry.
