500ml bottle from Hop Vault, Stourbridge, online Pours slightly cloudy pale gold, small white head leaves a scattered top. Aroma is quite earthy and herbal, sour milk, some sweetness and fruity undertone. Medium bodied, chewy, low carbonation. Taste has sweet biscuit, herbs, lime zest, pear, pine. Quite bitter but only slightly dry. It grew on me this one, quite enjoyable.

Clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, thin creamy sweetness. Hops are bitter with good pine, an almost minty pine. Hop spice. Bitterish orange peel Light semi dry finish. Satisfyingly hoppy.

Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - very lively head. Golden. Nose - lightly funky, lemon. Taste - lemon custard, yoghurt. Light grassiness. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - the yeast note is too dominant. Is this what the brewer intended?

500ml bottle: shared with Tony, the bloke who brought this to the 3rd De Bierboom Bottle Exchange on 6th Feb 2015. Golden pour with a good, clean white blanket on top. The nose has citrus hoppiness and a mild malty molasses undertone, the taste follows in the same way: a nice blend of ingredients that marry together well. Couldn’t write any more: the night had just began and there were some monsters to conquer.
