Bouteille 33cl; BB 26/12/2014.

Bottle at La Cave à Bulles
Dark brown color, not completely black, small head. Nice aroma, coffee, a bit dusty. Round mouthfeel, nice mix of roasted malts with light chocolate caramel and coffee; correct bitterness.
Good Porter.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of matl, caramel, and bread, as well as a lighter note of soy sauce, leading to a dry finish, where the bread note lingers.
