Cask@GBBF2010. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly grassy with some slight citrus fruity notes as well. Flavour is citrusfruits, mild herbs, wood and some slight bready malts. A bit grainy in the finish. Yet quite pleasant to drink.

4th August 2010. GBBF.
Presented as ’Bob’s Brewing Chardonnayle’. Clear gold beer, suddy white head. Light semi dry palate. Nice light orange hops - a little tangy. Some floral sweetness. Some grape (or is that the power of suggestion in the name?). Nice beer - if it was less dry this would be 3.5 or 3.6.

Cask at Bricklayers Arms Yorskhire Festival 09. Clear paleish gold, thin white head. Bit of butter on the aroma. Supposed to be made with US hops. Well they may have waved some hops near the kettle at some point. It’s a sub Summer Lightning Me2 beer.

Cask @ Warrington Oktoberfest. Bright gold appearance. Slightly dry and vinious aroma. On the whole a fairly bland flavour that leave a dry taste in the mouth and an acidic tartness that catches the back of the throat.
