Pale gold, bright. Thin head. Malty, some corn sweetness. Low bitterness. This comes together well for a simple brew. Nicely done.

3oz sampler at source. Pours clear golden amber. Malty, grassy hop, bit of yeasty notes. Reasonable clean lager

Pint on tap at brewery. Pale yellow beer with a thin film on top. Slight malt nose, occasional bubble. Typical Mexican Lager, easy to drink but not memorable.

Draft: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is grainy, malts. Taste is grainy, malt, hint of spice.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of hay and straw with a bit of a bread note coming through. Flavor has lots of straw with a bit of hay and a bready finish.

From a pint can. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Aromas are of crackers and lemon pound cake. Flavors have sweet grain notes plus some bitter citrus.
