Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange to red color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a quick thirty seconds. Light lacing speckled and then slid into the body.
The smell had a light citrus bitterness with an ample amount of sweet caramel malts.
The taste was basically the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed appropriately styled for the beer and for me.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA that I could down again.

Pours cloudy amber-orange with a lasting, tan head. Scent is tart caramel, orange, malt. Taste is a rough herbal bitter over orange and caramel.....metallic... A stale tang to it. Unpleasant.

On tap at Petrol Station. Pours a cloudy orange with paperthin head tha diminishes to nothing. The aroma is grassy hop and honey. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet hop and light grass with nice sweet finish. Easy to drink a IPA from Eel River.

12oz bottle picked up at Total Wine
Appearance: Pours cloudy golden with a medium sized off-white head and good lacing
Aroma: Sweet caramel and dusty
Taste: Citrus, sweet caramel, grainy, bisquity with a sweet fruity finish
OK, but unbalanced. Way to malty and sweet to be able to drink more than one of these.

Hazy amber beer, little white head. Dry palate. Caramel malt. Bitterish tangy hops - orange and grapefruit. Bitterish aftertaste. Not too bad but lacks a little coherence.

Purchased at Golden Leaf in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on what will hopefully be the last cool day in the city in quite a while. Appearance a slightly cloudy amber with a rich tan/off-white head. Aroma is very sweet for an IPA, a mixture of hops and baking goods, in all honesty and I never thought I’d state this about a beer, it smells like a Krispy Kreme doughnut. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Taste is just weird, it is a sweet IPA, hops are present but there’s a sweet malty flavor in the back end that has an odd lingering to it. A weird malted candy type of flavor. Wouldn’t really drink this one again, can’t say it’s ’bad’ though.

1lb 6floz bottle. Pours an amber ale with gentle bubbles and a thin head which disappears quite quickly. The nose has pine, it is slightly floral and there is sweet malt. The taste is of more sweet malt and there is a gentle pine finish. The palate is medium bodied and medium in structure but the finish is not as clean as I would have hoped or expected. Overall, this seemed a decent IPA but as the bottle went on, it became very very sickly and I would not have wanted another.

Bottle @ Hotelroom, Denver. Pours dark golden with a big fluffy offwhite head. Aroma is fresh floral hops, grass, oranges and melon, caramel. Taste is bready and caramelly malt, weak grassy hops. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad, but not much of IPA, needs more hops imo. 080411
