2012-037 Bottle. Pours clear burnt sienna, medium light burnt sienna head that dissipates fairly quickly with some lacing. Aroma is loads of caramel, toffee, a bit of orange zest, pine. Flavor follows, medium sweet, medium plus bitter, some cardboard, lots of pine. Fairly harsh finish, bitter bitter. Medium body, a bit creamy in the mouth. May have waited to long to try this one.

22 oz. bottle. 2012 vintage. Dark amber, light thin head retention. Nose has a large hop profile with caramel and syrupy toffee. Toffee and caramel are on the real syrupy texture. flavor really borders on cloying. If you like big overly sweet barley wines this is your brew.
