Dark gold color with small head. Aroma is malty, slightly hoppy with hints of honey. Alcohol comes through, but not overpowering. Nothing special but worth trying.

Can, 0.50l. Clear golden color with medium frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of caramel, alcohol and grassy hops. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and toffee, follows by ripe fruit with grassy notes and warming alcoholic mouthfeel with light bitter finish. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Nothin special about it...

Can from Carrefour, Nice. More of a lager than a blonde ale, although it does have some character from that style. Golden with next to no head and not as strong tasting as you might expect, but nothing to shout about at the same time.

Can from Carrefour and drunk at home. Well I say drunk. I dropped the can, the seal broke around the top of the can and beer sprayed everywhere including mostly in my face as I got it to the sink. Entertaining beer. Even from the stuff in my face all I could really smell was corn. So I’ve ended up with about a quarter of a can to sample. Clear gold lasting white head. Aroma is corn and cereal. Mouthfeel is oily. Flavour is a little syrupy but not overly so. No real hop to distinguish it. Bit of warming alcohol. Mostly dull and uninteresting corn flavoured strong lager. OK.

Appearance: Clear deep golden color with a white head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Deep malty and mild fruity.
Palate: Medium (+) body. Slightly sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Deep malty, mild hoppy and a bit fruity.
Overall impression: Decent fresh strong lager. Not the usual horrible mega sweet malty flavor. Big suprise.
