Cask at NWAF, 2012. Black pour with a reddish tint, beige head. Meaty, malty nose with some dark fruits and chocolate. Chocolate, coffee, dates and raisin flavours. Malty-dry finish. Went down very nicely this one.

Bottle @ chriso. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty roasted chocoalte aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel finish.

Cask, gravity at Harbury Beer Festival, Harbury, Warwickshire, 03.09.11 Pours dark brown with a beige head. There is plenty of chocolate in here, tangy with some nice fruity flavours, some citrus hops, really good stuff. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Dark brown with a decent off-white head. Aroma of malt, licorice and fruit with a roasted note. Sweet licorice and roasted malt flavour with a hint of smoke

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours dark brown with a creamy beige head and lacings. Vague roast and caramel. Medium bodied. Malty and dry fruity flavor.

Dark brown with red glimts and a medium beige head. Aroma had hard roasted malt, chocolate and coffee notes. Coffee in the flavor with hard roasted malt and mold. Finished sweet.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and cocoa. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, caramel, and some roasted malt, leading to a very bitter finish. The body is light.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a very dark brown with a tint of red and a huge light brown head. Sweet hard roasted malt in the nose, vanilla and dark dried fruits. Medium body, sweet roasted malts, vanilla and fruit. Some roast in the finish leaving a discreet bitterness. 110910
