Draught at Mikkeller Bar, opening night, May 2010
Muddy light amber color. Strange aroma of ham, manure, some sourness, soil. Dry but structured mouthfeel, with bitter grapefruit and citrus peel flavor. Good bitterness level. Extreme drinkability. Interesting.

Muffig saurer Antrunk, der mild ist und fast ins Wässrige übergeht. Eher wenig hopfig, wobei der Hopfen aber erkennbar ist. Herb, süßlich, zeitweise trocken und etwas fruchtig. Mild, ausgewogen, erfrischend. /10/9/12//11

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Hazy orange body with an off-white head. Aroma has acid and barnyard with fruit, the lambic aroma is dominating. Flavor is quite acidic, fruity, hoppy and moderate malty, quite a lot barnyard here and I find the combination delicious. Strange but nice.

On tap at KØ-10, as Single Dry Hop Series Girardin Simcoe Lambik. A nice-looking unclear, golden beer topped by an off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma was a bit unpleasant with burnt rubber, but the citrus and lemon peel are nice. The flavor is a whole different story, with lemon, citrus peel and barnyard, rather dry and mouth puckering. Some rubber shows up in the finish. Overall, too rubbery, but far from bad. 100506

Tap@Festival der Bierkulturen, Colonia: Golden, small but stable off-white lacy head; lots of exotic fruits and hops in the nose; sourish bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; piney aromas and exotic fruits in the sweet-sourish and fruity finish. Great stuff....

Draught at Copenhagen Beer festival 2010. Too hoppy and unbalanced. The Lamic fruitiness and the hop fruitiness is just to much of the same thing.
