Bottle from Brugsen, Copenhagen - dark Amber pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is roasted and toasty sweet malty, with some harsh overt caramel/sugary sweetness, rather rough and basic.

33 cl. bottle, enjoyed with a traditional Danish dish, rice pudding. Dark brown colour with a fast fading off-white head. Somewhat subdued, sweet aroma with caramel malts and syrup. Taste is sweet. Light body with a thin texture. Soft carbonation. Short, sweet finish with rye bread and syrup. To sweet and thin for real enjoyment, but good beer-food paring. Flavourful for a 1,8 % beer.

Bottled (BB 03/2011)
Deep ruby, small creamy white, lace. Very bready, molasses, wort ... sweet. Medium-bodied. Very sweet, caramelly, worty and bready. In its own genre ok, but quite useless.

Bottled. Deep rubyish brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is ryebread, mild sweet sugary notes. Flavour is ryebread, syrup and some mild sweet wooen notes. A bit out of balance. One of the more dull table beers.

Bottle. It pours a clear, ruby to chestnut body under a small, beige head. Dried fruits and sugary malt extract on the nose. Sweet, syrupy flavor with dried fruits and malt extract. Medium body. Cloying and sweet finish. It sort of reminds me of Coke, with more sugar and less carbonation. Some herbal notes in the end. Not awful, but not far from. 101002
