Backlog October 2009. Clear amber body under a nice, dense beige head. Aroma feels dusty with caramel malt. Taste is roasted malt, caramel and decent bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite straight forward, not very interesting but drinkable.

Bottle 500ml BBF Apr 2010 @ Geokkjer
Pours clear dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and oxidization. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Chris’ Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia tasting. Hazy brown, lasting beige head. Some dodgy Danish thing. Brown malt dry aroma. Some milk choc. Decen dry malt. It’s ok.

Bottle 500ml. @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light nutty, light hoppy, vintage. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100703]

Bottled. Pale ambery brown colour with some head, Aroma is mild roasted notes with wood and some mild spicyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite nice sugary notes.

Nut brown color, small white head. Cardboardish, light caramelly aroma. Caramel, toffee, some papery notes. Aged a bit too much.

22nd May 2010. ChrisOs ’Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia’ tasting! Cloudy brown beer. Tiny white head. Aged malt - slightly chocolatey. Some minerals. Finishes semi soft and semi dry. Malty and not much else going on!

Bottle at Chris O’s. Cloudy chestnut brown with a white head. Aromas of chocolate, malts, toffee and caramel. Very sweet flavour, some sultanas and chocolate in there. Malty and sweet.

Bottle. Courtesy Saxo. Frothy off-white fair mostly deminishing head. Nice amber colour. Moderate bitter flavor. Some caramellic notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Good brown ale.
