Kind of an off beer, but good. Aroma has dry grass and very light citrus. Flavor is dry as well, but more hops here. Brett yeast is evident in the aroma and the flavor, which increases the dryness and causes a a dry finish.

22oz bottle pours a hazy, orange amber with a frothy, white head. Nice, bretty aroma, floral, light citrus, perfume, caramel. Flavor is honey, grassy, lemon peel, flowers, perfume. The brett is really big on the nose but not in flavor. Full bodied, tart, dry finish.

Bottle at DC local tasting. Bright yellow color. Aroma is grass and pine forest. Taste is fresh hops and progressive bitterness. Interesting concept, and I think it works. Would be interesting to lay it down for a bit to see if the brett comes out more.

Bottled. A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus, brettanomyces, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, brettanomyces, malt, and over ripe fruits, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy deep golden with a white lacing head. Citrusy nose with a distinct brettiness. Medium body, very dry fruit, loads of dry and astringent Brett. Very dry finish. Nice one. 240610
