Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Clear, bright gold. Bubbly, white head. Sweet, flowery, grain. Soft lemon hop. Taste is bready sweet. Some light, zesty bitterness. Light body. Bitterness rises on the finish. Ok.

Cask @ Puzzle Hall Inn, Sowerby Bridge. Clear golden with a creamy head. Has a fairly high malty nose, with a slightly less stated but still dominant malty taste. Quite crisp.

Angel, Manchester 23 Jan 13. Lys gylden. Litt uklar. Lavt, tett skum. Syrlig fruktaroma. Smaken er syrlig frukt. Stikkelsbær. Blir litt tørr etter hvert.

Half pint, hand-pulled cask, in fine condition at The Angel in Manchester. Bright yellow-gold body. Tiny white head. Floral aroma with hints of sweaty hops. Citric-fruity taste with honey sweetness. Watered bitter endnotes. Mild oily palate. Beyond par. (05.07.2012).

Cask at Leeds 2012 Beer Festival, Pudsey, W.Yorks 16.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Sulphurous nose, pale gold in colour with filmy white head. Touch dry and with an ok bitterness. The taste is not too dissimilar to many a Yorkshire golden beer though it doesn’t stand out. A6 A4 T6 P4 Ov12 3.2

Cask. A light golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Cask (handpump) @ White Horse, 2 York Street, Harborne, Birmingham, West Midlands England B17 0HG.Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus - lemon. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100116]
