Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, milk chocolate, and nuts, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap at Fierce Edinburgh. Pours black. Chocolate, chocolate milk, biscuit, little toast. Slightly rough body. Decent.

Can. Black with quickly dissipating head. All chocolate on nose. Creamy mouthfeel although not as thick as some. A bit more going on taste wise with some coffee and hoppy notes.

Can. Nearly black, brown unstable head. Chocolate, milk chocolate and light coffee aroma. Bittersweet flavour, roasted, sourish notes and a good dose of chocolate.

330 ml bottle. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy, short-lived tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, lactose. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth, creamy, roasty, liqouirce, chocolate, light dry coffee palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
