330 ml bottle. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy, short-lived tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, lactose. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth, creamy, roasty, liqouirce, chocolate, light dry coffee palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Il gusto al naso resta attratto da caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina e di spessore al palato. Al palato finiscono impressioni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo e agrumi.
