Cask at Willow Walk, London. It pours golden with a small white head. The nose is earth, grain, hay, dough and faint sweetness. The taste is earth, hay, light sweetness, honey, weak citrus and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Simple, but still ok.

Cask at Victoria station spoons, 04/04/13. Clear golden amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge. Nose carries malt, toffee, sugars, touch of hops. Taste comprises caramel malt, light grass, touch of citrus, orange. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, some bitterness in the finish. Assume the classic 6-3-6-3-12 ’W’ position - "Whelmed"! Either that or a most unusual wheel arrangement on a steam loco !!!

Just a hint of sweetness amongst the hoppy character, but a disappointing brew.
