17/04/2012 750ml bottle shared by 50belair (thanks Matt!). Dorata acida, lievemente torbida, schiuma praticamente assente. Al naso lieviti, acqua sporca, sentori di infezione, anche una punta acetica. In bocca mostra analoghi aspetti negativi, diventando pian piano ai limiti dell’imbevibile. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Non ha retto i 4 anni di invecchiamento.

Cloudy golden with a small white head, Funky aroma with peach and apricot notes. Dry and fruity flavour with funk and a hint of wood.

RBESG 2010, bottle at Bir&Fud beershop, Rome
Hazy color, deep blond. A quite plesant blond ale, but now too old, therefore some honey trace appears; the gentiane also has some presence.

Bottle 75cl.@ RBESG10 in bir&fud beershop, Via luca valerio 41/43, 00151 Roma, Italy.alc. 6.2%. Unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, moderate yeasty, barnyard, brett notes, straw, lemon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light fruity acidic and modersate to heavy bitter with a long duration, grape peel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100604]

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Vintage sample. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Has a lightly tart fruitiness in the nose. Medium body, again lightly tart fruit - orangey - with a lightly funky edge, not overly Bretty though. Dry finish. Quite OK, hasn’t been ruinedby age. 040610

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus, lemon, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw and lots of lemon, leading to a dry, lemony, and tart finish.

4th June 2010. Bottle - courtesy of the Bir & Fud beershop. Hazy amber beer. Light crisp palate, a little dry. Pleasant mildy tart citrus, a little orange, a good squirt of lemon. Spritzy minerals. Finishes dry. A year beyond BBE but still pretty good!

Bottle @ Bir and Fud Beershop. Pours unclear yellow with a small bubbly head. Yeast, fruit and herbs. Medium bodied. Strong orange/lemon. Ok

Hazy amber with a medium beige head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with coriander notes. Flavour was yeasty with coriander and fruity notes.

Bottle in Bir&Fud bottleshop at RBESG Rome Day 2. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, a bit yeasty. Flavour is sweet, fruity, yeasty, bitter hoppy, a bit of honey. Light to medium bodied.
