Cloudy blond color; sparse bubbles. Spicy malt aroma, light banana. Simple flavor, spicy malts; low bitterness. Too simple.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, mild fruity and caramelish. Sweet fruity, phenolic and caramelish flavoured. Dry and fruity into a mellow yeasty and phenolic finish.

Cloudy amber with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with peachy hops and malty hints. Sweet and hoppy flavour with peach and grapefruits. Finished dry and somewhat bitter.

Bottle 75cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. The aroma is yeasty with a vague whiff of....bacon? and smoke. Medium body, fruity but dominated by the yeast. Dry and lightly astringent finish. 030610

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, yesty fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100603]

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and spices - among them some ginger. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and lemon, leading to a dry spicy finish.

3rd June 2010 - Brasserie 4:20 - Bottle, ta very much Alex! Slightly hazy amber beer. Good frothy white head. Fresh malt nose, a little sherbet. Very light soft palate. Fresh clean lagerish malt, very slightly sour. A bare whisper of something hoppy. Finishes light and dry.

Bottle @ 4:20 Tasting, Rome. Thanks Alex. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy off white head. Yeast, dough and fruit. Medium bodied.

Bottle at 4:20 at RBESG Rome. Light hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet ripe fruits, yeast, a bit of pepper. Flavour is light peppery and fruity, wheat, light bitter finish. Thinnish and light bodied beer, a bit too much CO2.
