330ml bottle by the courtesy of Sigmund. Opaque dark reddish body under a light pink, foamy head. Spotty lacing. Sweet smell of strawberry and cherries. Mingling flavours of black currant, syrup, strawberry, cherries, and subdued dark malts beneath. Soft on the swallow. Drinkable. Too sweet in the long run (Tromsø 26.06.2015).

Very dark red to brown colour. Pinkish to dark beige head. Strong aroma of warm cherry compote, almond pudding and marzipan. Similar taste. Round and fine mouthfeel. Strong aftertaste. Fine desert beer, particularly together with a good coffee.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting, from CITTI-Markt Flensburg. ABV is 6.5%. Deep red colour, nearly black. Moderate peach-coloured head. Strong sweetish aroma of cherries, cherry kernels, almond essence and marzipan. Sweet flavour, cherries with some chocolate and mild roasty notes in the background. Cherry kernels and almond essence again. Better than I feared.

Dunkelbraunes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch süß, fruchtig nach Kirschen, genauso ist auch der Geschmack.

33 cl bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a deep amber glare, small brown to redish head. Aklmondish cherry. Cherry coke flavoured, sweet and solid cherry. Lingering sweet and cherry.

Bottle. A dense, finger-thick pink head forms over a pinkish brown, purple maybe, body. Artificial cherry aroma with almond and sugar, some roasted notes. Candy-cherry flavor with some roasted notes. Medium body, sticky on the palate. Candy and lingonberry in the finish. An almost unpleasant one, I sure couldn’t drink a whole bottle of this one 121005
