Bottle: Almost black, presumably clear, small off-white head with a reddish sheen; moderate bitter-sweet toasty-roasty nose with caramelly and fruity spots; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied and soft; fruity and chocolatey aromas in the lingering bitter-sweet finish. Well rounded, well drinkable...

Pours black , small, lightly tanned head. Stable, but very small in size. Smell is chocolate malty, tad roasty, but not sharp at all. Mild red fruityness in the back, providing a more sharp, but very blended in fruity undertone. Taste is full ( especially for the abv ) the malts show mild roast, some chocolate, and a very nice raspberry profile. Perhaps a bit on the thin side towards the end ( well, it's low ABV, too ) but the initial body is full. There's a very mild bitter side to it, which I found less desirable in these flavor compounds. The raspberry provides a very delicate tartness, but a more pronounced sweetness ( fruityness, to be exact ) Well made beer, could use some minor changes for my own preference.

(bottle, 33cl) Opaque colour with a beige and short foamy head. Earthy, roasted malty aroma with chocolate and fruity notes of raspberries. Slightly sweet and roasty bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly roasted, earthy malty base with raspberry-fruity notes and hints of dark chocolate; traces of smoke towards the bitter-sweet and slightly fruity roast-malty finish. Likeable but lacks body and booze. 29.XII.17
