Not to be boastful, but we believe that all other ales pale in comparison to this Philadelphia favorite. Dry-hopped with an abundance of distinctive Simcoe hops, this straw-colored pale ale is more drinkable than bitter, more aromatic than aggressive.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with medium off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong citrus and dank hop. Medium mouth, crisp, citrus, light pine, crushable, very good.

Earthy hop, touch of spicy hop, biscuity malt, with med bitterness and well-balanced.

Couple of 12oz bottles at my hotel in Philly. Pours a mostly clear gold with some fluffy, white head. Nose has lemon, mild pine, straw, lightly floral, some grist. Flavor has some biscuit, lemon, grass, straw. Crisp finish, easy drinker.

Mild bitterer, grasig hopfiger Antrunk. Hopfen und Bitterkeit halten sich dabei die Waage mit leichtem Hang zum Bitteren, später verstärkt sich dieser Eindruck. Etwas grasig bleibt das Ganze, spritzig. 10/9/9/9//9

Bottle drank on the mountain during CPS’s stag do. Pretty basic stuff with some dry pale malts, light bitter pine needles, grass, cereal and grains. Light in body with average carbonation. Lightly bitter on the finish with some further grass. Simple, decent APA.

On draft at an Olive Garden in Willow Grove, PA. Dark golden in the glass, nearly amber. Fine white creamy head. Don´t know, why they iced the glass inside. Starts malty, light but definitiv present hop herb, light citrus fruity, pleasant light bitterness. And I added on my noticepaper the word crisp before I read it on the commercial description. Nice one!

Like an EPA. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Light bitter with some malt. Finishes a little sour as well. Tap at Irish Pol.
