Cloudy golden with a medium beige head. Aroma had vegs and malty hints. Flavour had grainy, malty and vegy notes. Finished dry and bitter from the grassy hops.

On tap. Hazy golden with a dense white head leaving laces. Intensely fresh hop aroma - very grassy. Medium-bodied, very malty and somewhat biscuity with a distinctly bitter finish. 080510

KØ10. Grassy hop aroma. Smells like piss and tastes like fish, reverse pussy beer? Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head.

8th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy gold beer. Semi crisp and semi dry palate. Some weird green vegetable things going on here - presumably due to the brett. Asparagus comes readily to mind. No veg in me Pilsner please!

Draught@CPH BeerFest2010. Pale hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is sourness, some wood, herbs and quite sweet malts. Flavour is rather much the same. The first thing that came to my mind was pils meeting a witbier. Still a quite pleasant brew.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2010. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy head and lacings. Odd and weird buttery and fruity nose and taste. Some hops - peach. Lots of butter and grass.
