Cask at the Bricklayers Arms BF. Brown pour with a light film. Roasty malts and mocha in the aroma. Great flavor, lots of dark chocolate syrup, light roast, faint, earthy bitters. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with medium roastiness and plenty of mocha. Very good.

Cask. An opaque dark brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, vanilla, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt as well as lighter notes of soy sauce, roasted malt, and vanilla, leading to a dry, roasted, and grainy finish.

Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, 30.07.10 Very dark brown in colour, no head. There is plenty of demerara sugar on the nose along with some vanilla these combine marvllously both on the noes and in the mouth. There is a funky roasted bitterness, some almonds (well spotted Loz) Very nice drop. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
