Danke Philipp. Smooth creamy beginning. Soft with a sweetish but slightly grainy back. Sweetish with an easy to drink finish.

0,5 l bottle from vacation in Denmark last October. Unclear red golden with a small fast fading white head in the glass. Very low malty on the nose. Taste starts with some present hop, malty background, little bit alcoholic sharpness. Nothing less or more. Like a lot Helle Bocks. Medicore stuff.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Islington - London. Many thanks to Chris! Pours hazy gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds lightly toasted wheat, caramel. Medium sweet flavour with faint paper, more bready pale malts, caramel, light hay. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, sugary, with nips of paper, grains. Alright.

Vintage bottle thanks to Chris & Ruth. It pours hazy orange -amber with a medium white head. The aroma is earthy, wood, must, honey, spice, vanilla custard and brown bread. The taste is woody, creaminess, tangy, vanilla custard, custard creams, alcohol, must and toasted grain. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Not bad for its age.

On tap @ Haandfest 2014. This is a slightly cloudy near honey colored one and a small white head is on place. Mild caramellish aroma. Traces of wet grass and something mild yeasty. Some wheat also. Sweetish flavors. Probably imagination by I get tones of honey here. Light oily in the mouth and it's about average on the bubbles. Again, light caramel flavors. A gentle bitterness, honey and something that reminds me of flowers. Easy to drink - not very memorable. 24.05.2014
