Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with limited brown foam, fine. Aroma is burnt and some licorice. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is well balanced, moderately sweet, and with a dry final.

On tap at the brewery. Dark brown with creamy tan head. Chocolate, coffee, some roastiness, bready, easy drinkable and smooth. Medium bodied. One of the best schwarzbiers I've had.

Bottle with the Ratebeer München group, at Jonas's, Garching, Tuesday 26th November 2019. Pours dark chestnut, good clarity with a beige head, soft mouthfeel, nutty, a little sweet liquorice, good.

Black. Aroma is dried figs caramel and melasses. Taste is sweet and sour with some cocoa and complex and cherry. Drinkable. A bit dry. Why not?

Very dark brown with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of caramel malts and a little chocolate sweetness too.

33cl bottle. Brown color, hazed, 1 finger fine cappuccino head leaving a small lace, unfiltered, unpasteurized. Nose of toasted malts. Focused on the dark roasted malts, some caramel, a touch of licorice, coffee and spices. Well hopped, taste is crisp and tend to a smoked dry bitter finish. Texture is watery, medium bodied, soft carbonation.
