Bomber shared by Bob at Brian’s tasting. Brown color of course. I get quite a bit of oak dryness and very light whiskey aroma. Sweet malt flavor, some meat. Thick and heavy palate. Aside from the whiskey character, this is much like a German doppelbock.

Hazy dark red- brown beer. Light coffee coloured head. Smooth semi crisp palate. Low carbonation. Rich chocolatey malt with a distinct smokey note, not in the least overpowering though. Finishes smooth and with more chocolate malt.
