12oz pour @ the cidery. Pils glass. Clear, pale golden color. Dry, spritzy, core-y scent. Taste is half tart, moderately sweet, with obvious champagne yeasty notes. Dry, dusty finish, leaving a dusty & slightly sweet tart essence. Decent, but no real English presence.

Sample at Appalachian Vintner. Hazy pale yellow color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and herbs. Light to medium body with an apple cider character and mild spice notes in the background. The finish is semi-sweet apple cider. Decent overall. Decent overall.

Keg at the cidery. Pours a clear pale yellow, visible carbonation. Weak aroma of sweet apples and mild pepper. The taste is sweet apples, brown sugar, mild peppery notes. Medium bodied.

A hazed sparkly yellow cider with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant fruity apple pulp with light acidity, nice. In mouth, nice sweet apple pulp with light mineral notes, refreshing and pleasing. On tap at Asheville Farmer’s market.
