Straightforward tripel, fruity and sweet, with dried apple, vanilla, wheat, and clove set against a boozy back end. Could use more carbonation.

Sample in a flight at the brewery. Pours light gold, with a small head. The aroma is wheat, apricots, and some light pine and floral notes. Sweet and fruity up front, but with a nice, light hop bitterness in the finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent, and clean. Overall, this is a nice, well balanced, and flavorful beer. Not the best or most interesting tripel, but a good beer.

Sweet 100th rater Bottle Thanks to inflatablehair Pours out a sunset orange topped with a creamy white head. Aroma was of toasted malts, light fruit, belg yeast, and some spice. Taste was much as the aroma with a good yeast and malt combo. There is also a good balance of fruit sweetness and heat to make this beer enjoyable.

Bottle @ Copenhaniacs tasting, Pt.1. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast and fruity orange. Very dry with a vaguely tart , which perhaps comes from the yeast. Warmth..
