375 bottle. Pours a very dark purple color with no head. The aroma is quite strong with a decent berry flavor. The taste is intense blackberries, raspberries, honey and a splash of port wine. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes rather long and semi-sweet with a bit of astringency complementing the honey sweetness. Overall: Decent--That is to say very righteous stuff.

Panda sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Deep red-purple colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of berries, loganberry, raspberry. Taste is sweet, blackberry, loganberry, blueberry, syrupy, honey, with spice hints, and alittle tart acidity. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet & drying tart finish. Nicely sippable.

Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Dave! Pours deep purple-brown. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich tart cherry, dry and hearty honey, mellow booze, blackberry, a little lemony acidity. Full bodied, subtly oily. Sweet and tart finish, some lightly toasted honey, more jammy and tangy dark berries. Delicious and dangerously drinkable.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Wingman. A clear plumy purple coloured pour with a halo of loose pink head. Aroma is semi sweet honey, earthy honey, blackberry. Blueberry, pop tart, pithy dry finish. Palate is medium sweet, sticky melow carbonation. Very good.

Tasting at Matt's, bottle
Ruby colour. Aroma of butter, jam, berries, forest. Sweet, flavours come in waves, extreme jam, with mild acidity; this is a gorgeous fruit wine.

Dark red, with a bit of brown. The aroma has a bit of alcohol, with a lot of complex berry character. Has a deep fruit character, the sugars are rich but there's a nice acidity to round it out in the finish. Impressive balance, to bring that berry note to the table.
