Bouteille 33cl. Dorée, blanche avec pas mal de flocons de levure. Arôme a un léger nez épicé de gingembre, malt léger, ester et fruits tropicaux. En bouche, levure et esters sont bien là, épices de gingembre se note sans pour cela ruiner le palais, léger profile malt avec caramel, petite pointe de houblon vers la fin. Même avec un peu d’age, bière reste agréable et pleine de vie comme en témoigne la levure. En se forçant un peu, on peut de suite noter ce profile levure typique à Huygue.

Bottle 330ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with medium to large body particles, a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, molasses, moderate yeasty, fruity, overripped fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Clear golden with a tiny white head and floaties. Sweet malty aroma with yeasty notes. Flavour was sweet and fruity with malty and yeasty notes. Finished sweet.

Bottled. A golden beer with big chunks of sediment floating around under a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, yeast, and malt, leading to a sweet fruity finish.
