Cloudy chestnut. Yeasty aroma with some slightly earthy, toasty notes. Yeasty with light chocolate notes. Some acidity late cuts the yeast, lending balance and drinkability.

Draft. An unclear brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with spicy notes of cardemomme as well as notes of caramel and herbs. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, as well as lighter notes of brewmash, over ripe fruits, and bread, leading to a dry and lightly alcoholic finish.

On tap. Slightly hazy orangey brown with an off-white head. Lightly sweetish roasted malt aroma. Full-bodied, very malty - perhaps a little dried fruit also. Dry and discreetly bitter finish. Somewhere in the borderland between Festbier and Bock. 080109
