Bottle pours out orange golden top with a fizzy head. Nose is great nice funky barrel notes some light sweetness and cheese. Taste is more of the nice funky barrel some farm dust and a little sweetness from the honey.

375ml corked and caged bottle. (Blend No. 8, season 19/20). 6.4% abv. Pours a hazy orange amber with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of pale malt, green apple, funky Brett, green grape, lemon, oak and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, green apple, peach, lemon rind, green grape, horse blanket, oak and floral hops in a dry, acidic, sour finish. Medium body with an oily to watery texture and soft carbonation. Lots of complexity. Excellent.

Pours a darker blonde, more amber than anything. Small yet stable head. Scent is very barmyard funky, brett loaded, some wood. Very de troch like 'rawness' - even though its 100 pct 3f. Taste is intense, raw and rough. Old oak, mushroomy even, intense brett funk. Quite outspoken. Medium acidity (balanced) . Sharp, average carbo. Not bad, but very funky for a 3f.

No 60 at 7.6%. Golden pour with a small, but lasting white head. Grapes, honey, melon, apricot, white wine and pepper. Long, enjoyable, peppery finish. Excellent.
