375 mL bottlenpoured, 2018 vintage. Pours a shady orange color, fading head. Nice funk forward nose, with some moderate citrus, and plenty of barnyard. Mild acidity, really drinks nicely. Soft tart bite before and after a long funky constant. Some apple notes, lingering citrus, but presented in such a unique manner. Overall, I find this to be quite a stand out of the 3Fs I've tried in recent days. Definitely adding this to the revisit pile.

Sample at the July PS Belgian Tasting Part 2, 7/13/24. Hazy yellow, no head. Aroma of vinous, tart lemon, oak. Taste is tart lemon, oak. Flat. Sad.
Carby but still delicious rustic farmy funk, delicious apple acidity

Bottle at Kollektiv goodbye tasting. Slight hazy golden. Lots of funk, peach, dough, dry oak, marzipan, apricot. Medium sour, a bit less sweet. Again very good!

2020 bottle, thanks Jonas! Shared at HopDog. Cloudy amber. Stonefruit, funky, tart, light, lime-apple-edgy. Taste is front heavy, then full. Lovely balanced, light and fruity dry. Nice.

Bottle from Jonas drunk at HopDog, thanks! Amber with light head. Nose of mild tire fire, overripe fruit in the garden, really nice! Flavor is hugely complex and moderately sour, but not frying-your-tongue. Fantastic huge flavor and big mouthfeel for a sour!
Opened with a loud pop and a small gush. Sour and tart, lots of barnyard funk, fruity with some stone fruit. Low acidity, smooth, very nice.
Hapu, mineraalne, kerge sõnnik, puuviljane, veits vesine. Ok.

A bit cloudy on this deep orange beer. Sweeter aroma with light honey, berries, grape, must, tart notes, decomposing matter (in like the best way possible). Medium to full body. It’s tart but more reserved than many others. Sweeter with light woody notes and some bright floral bits. Not a bright beer- this skews a tad sweeter. Definitely a delicious pour.
