F: medium, white, average retention.
C: deep gold with orange hue, hazy.
A: light sour fruity, bit cellar, bit brett, orange, bit old sour yoghurt, 3F funky, barnyard, lemon, green kiwi.
T: light sour fruity, light puckering, bit green berries, green apples, gooseberries, cellar, brett, woody, bread, touch of yoghurt, dry on the palate, funky, medium carbonation, very refreshing and great for the style, fully enjoyed.
Ystad Tasting (25/11/2023) - Magnum bottle! Tart fruity with notes of apricot, some dried orchard fruit, nice and funky, medium body and nice acidity, wooden oak accents into the tart fruity finish.

Blend no. 26 via SAQ online purchase. Thank you Fred! Dark orange pour with a small white head. Aroma is huge funk! Thick, wafting barnyard funkiness. Lots of lemon zest, and oils. Wet hay, grass, hints of burnt hair. Super refreshing, risp, clean, tart, funky. All these adjectives seem counter intuitive to something that should be enjoyable, but it SO GOOD! Amazing to the last drop. I wish I could drink this daily without having to claim bankruptcy. Outstanding!

Аромат кислый слегка квашенный. Чувствуются яблоки и сухофрукты. Цвет мутно грейпфрутовый с тонкой постоянной пенкой. Вкус лимонно кислый, с совсем легкой яблочной квашеностью, который плавно перетекает в сухой и травянистый оттенок. Послевкусие идет очень плавно и мягко по сравнению с ярким вкусом. Постепенно после глотка ягодная кислота плавно улетучивается. Травянистость перетекает в легкий оттенок еловой горечи. Наступает сбалансированная сухость. В целом отличный Гёз. Но уж слишком дорого за такое водянистое пускай и вкусное пиво.

Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is barnyard funk with tart fruits, lemon, notes of green apples, wood, brett, notes of grass. Puckering sourness, fruity, dry finish. Body is medium. Great.

Közepes, sokáig megmaradó hab, homályos borostyán szín. Savanykás, istállós, gabonás, hordós, gyümölcsös illat. Rendkívül komplex, savanykás, kissé édeskés, gyümölcsös, istállós, gabonás ízek, a hordó fás, vaníliás jegyeivel kiegészülve. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsvas, alig kesernyés. Csodás sör.

375 mL bottlenpoured, 2018 vintage. Pours a shady orange color, fading head. Nice funk forward nose, with some moderate citrus, and plenty of barnyard. Mild acidity, really drinks nicely. Soft tart bite before and after a long funky constant. Some apple notes, lingering citrus, but presented in such a unique manner. Overall, I find this to be quite a stand out of the 3Fs I've tried in recent days. Definitely adding this to the revisit pile.

Sample at the July PS Belgian Tasting Part 2, 7/13/24. Hazy yellow, no head. Aroma of vinous, tart lemon, oak. Taste is tart lemon, oak. Flat. Sad.
Carby but still delicious rustic farmy funk, delicious apple acidity

Bottle at Kollektiv goodbye tasting. Slight hazy golden. Lots of funk, peach, dough, dry oak, marzipan, apricot. Medium sour, a bit less sweet. Again very good!
