great golden pour, with frothy white head. loads of tropical fruits, some sharp yeasty esters, and some subtle spice. perfect carbonation, good mouthfeel. fruity finish, more yest, some minerals. light to medium bitterness, and a tad sweet. very refreshing, and crisp with a pleasant dryness.

A golden beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness, perry, peach, flowers, spicyness, even hint of salt liquorice. Fresh and sophisticated. Taste has fruitness, spicyness, sweetness of honey, some alcohol, hint of barrel. Medium bodied. Mild carbonation for this style. Great aroma, but otherwise some finetuning could be done. What I'm wining here, great beer.

Creamy, fluffy beige head left a cover on a hazy, dark orange, finely effervescent body. Spicy fruit, oak, orange & berry aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated, clean on the palate. Dry. Bitter, almost sour, fruity tastes of berries, candied fruit, spices, malt, caramel & quite well hopped.

Tripel. Golden-amber with a thick head. Light brett, sweet malts on the nose.. Thick malts on the palate, just a touch of brett. Effervescent. Just a light fruitiness and I'm not picking up too much wood.

75cl bottle @ Chez Sophie tasting, Dec 2016. Pours a hazy blonde, good white head. Bright, spicy, citrussy aroma. Taste is similarly bright, spicy, fruity.. quite hoppy for a tripel although there are is a nice soft yeast base to this. Fair carbonation. Interesting and flavoursome.
