A dark, rich and layered stout with a wonderful silky texture and a lingering finish. We use a complex mash including roasted barley and oats along with 3 types of malt to give the beer plenty of black coffee and dark chocolate notes that make this stout intense yet approachable.

BBT march/2022. Dark brown with thick beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate. Taste, roasted malt, chocolate, light licorice, oat. Very good.

Bottle shared at BBT 3/2022. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Fully malty, med-light chocolatey sweetness, med-high coffeeish and slightly burnt bitterness. A bit of oaty smoothness. Quite good, easy drinking, yet full of flavour.

Bottle at BBT #4/2022. Malty aroma and taste, chocolate, light roastyness, medium bitter. Medium body, malty choco roasty bitter finish. Good.

Bottle from an online shop, drunk while snacking on some Black Bomber cheddar. Dark dark brown, head ok but gone in a flash. Nose is malty, nutty, earthy like a primordial forest. Nice and sweet on the palate, good complexity malt & roasted grain notes fill the palate. Mild bitterness, no grain astringency, skewed slightly to the sweet side of balance. Really enjoying it with the cheese.

330 ml bottle. Murky dark brown, stable creamy head. Strongly roasted malt, dark chocolate, cocoa, cigar, lemon, some vanilla, toffee. Strong bitterness, some sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. Very good!
