Soft biscuit malt from the lager malt. Refreshing bitterness from Challenger and Northdown hops. Delicate herbal, spicy and floral notes from the Northdown and a hint of soft fruits.

33 cl bottle @ Bishops Arms, Umeå. Aroma has butter, metallic tones, some grass and hints of apricot. Flavour as grainy malt, buttery tones, some metal and hints of grass. Quite bulky for this brewery,

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. "Leafy" hoppy, floral, doughy-yeasty aroma, floral perfumed without sweet-ish heavy touch. Taste has some remnant sweetness of Munich malt, a touch of spelt, doughy throughout, grassy bitter hoppy finish.

Bottle. B&M. Because Sainsbongos didn’t have any big bottles of Punk on the shelves. A bit overly sweet. Slick palate. Finishes sweet, too. Not great.

Dosc dobry i specyficzny to pilsner. Slodowy, a przy tym chmielny. lekka goryczka, trwala piana i wytrzymala. Craft Pilsner i chyba slusznie, zoltawo zlocista barwa i zapach typowy dla dobrych pilsow.

Keg at Prince Albert, Ely. Mid-gold, very clear. Not so much carbonation. A bit of lacing. Honestly I don’t smell very much at all. Bit of orange-lemon, bread, grass, the faintest suggestion of leather. Simple sweet taste, bit of bitter at the end but not much. Short to medium finish. I don’t think so terribly much of the body, but the subtle carbonation is spot on. Ok.

330ml bottle opened at home 03:00 on 25th Nov 2014. Poured into Chimay chalice. Looked fine, deep golden hue to the body, a full white crown however soon turned into a wisp and collar. Sweetish nose with light malts noticeable, otherwise odourless. The taste was semi-sweet, again with the light maltiness coming through as the major player. I thought it OK actually, refreshing and my sweet tooth took to what flavour there was. One of the best pilsner/lagers I have had that has been brewed in the UK.

0,33L bottle, BB 03.2015. Pours clear golden with white head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is grains, malt, caramel. Flavor is sweet, some bitterness and sourness, fruits, grains, and some caramel. Finish is some bitterness. Overall: not good, but I did manage to finish the bottle, so not awful.
