As BB Økologisk Julebryg, 5.6% ABV. Clear, ruby-brown body under a off-white head with some duration and lacing. Plain malty nose. Dark caramel, dusty hops and candy sweetness. Not that great for a Yuletide brew. 500ml bottle shared with Skinnyviking at a hotel room in Copenhagen, 07.11.2010.

Bottled. Hazy nut brown, creamy head. Roasty nose with rubbery smoke. Dryish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Careful and clean, the main flavours are rubber, ash and smoke. Low hop rate and bitterness. The Næsgaarden series aren’t really doing Braunstein any good...
