Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy golden, small head. Aroma of well... heather and honey. Fairly sweet with light-medium body abd clean, rounded mouthfeel. Floral honey mixes well with light grainy malt. Low bitterness.

At Copenhagen Beer Festival. Unfiltered. Brewed with heather flowers, lavender and chamomile flowers. Hazy yellow colour. Moderate aroma of said flowers/herbs. The flavour is very mild, with only a moderate presence of the above. I think I would have skipped the lavender, used more heather, and added a little more hops. Still, it is always nice when brewers dare to use some of the many fine wild growing herbs we have in Scandinavia.

50 cl. bottle from the supermarket. Unclear golden colour with a small white head. The most unusual ingredient in this beer is the heather, which paired with honey dominates both aroma and taste. Medium to heavy sweetness, medium body, lively carbonation, and just a shortlived finish. This one is to sweet for my tastebuds, like having to much honey on your slice of bread but maybe this is something for the ladies? Extra credits for the unusual ingredients.

Bottle that Craig shared with me, consumed in a wet field at Fairports Cropredy Annual Reunion 13-07-10 Soft in the mouth and a little spicy, with ginger and allspice and some wheat showing. Its a little thin and sweet and not my thing at all though the spiciness is interesting. A5 A3 T5 P3 Ov10 2.6

Medium white head. Amber body with small-bubbled carbonation. Wheaty bready honeyish aroma is harmonic, but a bit flat. Dry-sweetish papery honeyish plastic taste with mealy herbal notes. Light body. Soft mouthfeel. Palate a bit dense and musty. Dryish papery mealy aftertaste with floral plastic notes. Decent, but unimpressive. (0.5l bottle, Høkeren, CPH.)

Druaght@CPH BeerFest2010. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some spices, a bit sweet malts as well as some slight some wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some honeyish notes. Balanced and quite refreshing wheat beer.
