Bottle. Black body under a small tan head. Aroma has dark malt and quite much Calvados/alcohol. Taste is sweet with calvados, dark chocolate and vanilla. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste. Way better and balanced in flavor than aroma. Still rather boozy, but a quite nice sipper anyway.

Nice light amber bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry boozy, oak, salty licorice, bark, alcohol, grass, minerals, toast, tar, weeds, soil, dark malts, dark sugar. Taste is slightly sweet boozy, dark sugar, dark malts, dusty licorice, bark, alcohol, toast, fruit stones, soil, grass, dried dark fruits, minerals, old rope. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry boozy mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

Sample at Vecturamesse. Clearly better than CA1. Pitch black colour. Boozy aroma and flavour, but still fairly well balanced. Sweet, with roast malts, molasses, oak, calvados.
