Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours clear golden with little head. Aroma of citrus, malt, notes of pine. Tastes bitter with some sweetness. Medium bodied, dry mouthfeel, bitter finish.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5

10 oz pour at the brewpub in Omaha, Nebraska. The pour is mostly clear golden copper, with an off white head. Some light lace. The aroma is dusty leafy, a touch of bitter hops. The taste is grainy malt, hint of cardboard, and a light bitterness. Not much else. The palate is medium to light bodied, oily mouth feel, and a bitter dry finish. This seemed to have some age on it.

note to other raters, this is not the Thornbridge Jaipur.
